I have eaten many wonderful meals at Wildflower many time over the past 30 years but my visit last week was one of the best. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and the food was superb. Usually this late in the ski season restaurants are understaffed and the employees are ready to move on but that wasn’t the case. Everyone from the receptionist to the wait staff was friendly. Can’t wait to return next year.

Really enjoyed our dinner in the bar area. The diavolo pizza was outstanding, and we enjoyed it on a gluten-free crust. There was also a gluten-free pasta option, and the shrimp scampi was also excellent. The entire staff was super friendly and prompt. We also enjoyed the large warm fire area, multiple TV's and pool table.

The paltry amount of pasta in the dish I ordered was only overshadowed by the excessively garliced marinara sauce. We were the only two customers in the lounge area of this restaurant (the formal restaurant was closed), and the service was not attentive or professional. The room was poorly located, open to the hallway, and the décor was worn and lacked any thematic sense.

Perhaps I'm spoiled by the excellent Italian food in NYC. The menu selection was limited. The Caesar salad was good but the entrees were just okay. We were surprised that a pasta dish with sausage ragu did not come out with a red sauce! They serve the same type 'breadsticks' that are served by the mountain restaurants and are not very good. The glass of house wine was small (as are most drinks in the area) and wasn't particularly good.
