The foundry grill is always excellent. This trip was no exception. I tried the Utah Steelhead Trout. It was served on butternut squash purée with sautéed kale and pumpkin seeds. The meal exceeded my expectation which is difficult to do especially in Utah where I live. I also started with the beet salad which was excellent also. Rebecca served us and did an excellent job. Usually we dine in the Tree Room next door but the food in the Grill will take us to Sundance even more.
