The room looked a little shabby, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was average, but perfectly adequate for a one-night stay after a long day of hiking in Bryce Canyon. Breakfast, which is included in the price is served at a nearby restaurant and it is very good.

Room and bathroom were very dated and dark, with a view of the parking lot, and we had to struggle upstairs with our bags as there was no elevator. Good points were the extremely pleasant and helpful staff, and very good dinner and breakfast at the next-door Clarke's restaurant. Appreciate this is a budget hotel; however, would not stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the side have a view of fields rather than the parking lot.

This modestly rated hotel was significantly worse than we expected. The furnishings were old and worn, the bed linens stained and the miniscule bathroom hopelessly dated and not entirely clean. The hotel had no restaurant, although there was a decent one nearby, and you had to go outside and across a large parking lot to find ice. Also, the walls were very poor at sound deadening - we had lots of noise from other residents.

Room Tip: Good luck - but do get a second floor room to avoid the upstairs noise we had.

+/- Moderate place, even for one night. Room looks very shabby, but fortunately it is clean! I really don't recognize the photos of other travellers! Probably different rooms available.
+ Breakfast is in nearby restaurant (Clarke's) and is really good. You can choose 4 things from a list and you get more than enough!
- No refrigerator present, tv worked, but no real signal.
- Wifi is avalable but doen't work at all!

Tips: We had dinner at Clarke's, which is not cheap, but quite good!

If this is America"s Best I would hate to see the worst! It is close to Bryce but for $90.00 is was pretty bad.Our room needed total updating and cleaning! We had 2 dead bugs and hair on the bathroom floor and old scuffed up furniture. The breakfast next door was good and the pizza place down the street was very good.We stayed 1 night and that was enough.

Room Tip: We had a 1st.floor room that overlooked a trailer park .I would ask for a room that overlooked a field instead.
