This was the perfect way to begin our holiday as Jeanee and family gave it that personal touch. The room, environment and easy access to wonderful Bryce Canyon made it a winner for Chris and Jean! We had good breakfasts together with good conversations with other guests and hosts. The history of the Shakespeare family in relation to the area was also of great interest to us. Now back in grey and damp (but very green) England with great memories.

Room Tip: We liked the upstairs room with the view.

Really great place to stay Kevin and Jeanee were excellent hosts, we had a balcony upper room which was great to sit out on in the evening although we were only there for one night. The room was comfortable and quiet (the air con kicked in at 6 o'clock but this was unusual apparently ) and the breakfast was really good with good choice and the best coffee that we had in the US.

Room Tip: They all seemed good

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting the canyon areas. This was our first time at a Bed and Breakfast and I have to say it probably will not be our last time. The owners Kevin and Jeanee have really set the standard high. The room we stayed in (The Kevin and Jeanee Room) was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served in a timely manner and was delicious. We also enjoyed our conversations with the owners and their son Jason which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We sincerely thank you for making our vacation one to remember!

This B&B has a great location next to Bryce, Escalante and Dixie Forest. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The B&B is located far from the road, so it's super quiet. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great, with abundant food and beverage matching each one taste. We enjoyed picking fresh peas in the garden but had no time to visit the horses. Nice thank you note from the hosts when you get back home.

We arrived in Tropic a day ahead of schedule and found the cabin where we had planned to stay was fully reserved. Fortunately, they referred us to this quiet B&B just 4 blocks away and it was perfect. Because it is away from the main street you don't have any noise, plus the view is amazing of red rocks and mountains all around (watched a gorgeous sunset). I especially recommend the rooms upstairs as they have small balconies where you can sit and enjoy the cool evening breeze and view. The breakfast was delicious, hospitality warm, and we even enjoyed listening to our host play piano during breakfast. We had been on a long driving trip and this peaceful oasis came at just the right moment.

If you're looking for a quiet place to rest between hiking at Bryce Canyon, then this is the place for you. Jeanee was very welcoming, showed us to our room, and provided advice on the limited eateries in Tropic. Although the room was fine for our needs, it did feel a bit like a standard hotel room. Unlike other B&B's we've stayed, there were no common areas for socializing in the home. Breakfast by Bree on the other hand was wonderful and we felt like extended family in their large eat-in dining area and kitchen. Aside from the delicious breakfast, the close proximity (10 minute drive) to Bryce Canyon was the best feature.

This very small town is a good place to rest, enjoying the quietness of the area. We were the only ones at the B&B and enjoyed every moment of our short stay.
After a rather funny and comforting welcome by Kevin, we enjoyed every second at this quiet place, not far from Bryce Canyon (back yard).
This B&B is neat, clean and very well equiped for a short stay.
After a very quiet night in a comforting room (without in-room noisy airconditioning :-) ) we enjoyed a surprising America Breakfast prepared by Bree the next morning. We had a nice and interesting talk about the way of living in Tropic (in comparison to what we have in Belgium) which makes all of it even more interesting.
Having stayed in a lot of hotels/motels during our trip in Arizona/Utah, this B&B is one of the most interesting ones to stay at...

Room Tip: The second floor rooms have a nice private terras where you can enjoy the evening sun.
