I spent three nights at the Bullberry Inn with two college classmates and the family of one of them. Larry and Teresa were very helpful in arranging the dates for our stay and the type rooms needed, provided excellent breakfasts, and gave good advice about activities at Bryce Canyon National Park. The bedrooms are very comfortable and include very adaptable setups for a group or family. The location, just outside Tropic on Utah 12, is convenient, removed from the tourist busyness outside the National Park, and provides views of the national park and the Aquarius Plateau. The Bryce Way nearby in Tropic leads to a dirt road with parking for hiking the Tropic Trail into the national park, a pleasant walk. The grounds provide a pleasant setting to hang out and watch the play of sunset light on the white cliffs of the plateau. A great place to stay

Room Tip: Call ahead early. The Bullberry had no vacancies during our stay and seemed booked up for much of th...

This was our first experience at a B&B and it was a great choice! The reservation process was handled swiftly and accurately (I had to make a few modifications) and our overall experience was very positive. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bath were super clean. Teresa and her husband were friendly and it is apparent that they are really trying to provide a quality B&B. The breakfast in the morning was scrumptious and upon check-in, Teresa made a point to ask us if we had any dietary needs that she could accommodate. Overall, a great experience for our first B&B and we would highly recommend this B&B for your stay in the area!

Room Tip: We stayed in the building next to the main house which afforded additional privacy.

Absolutely lovely B & B. Everything is very clean and decorated very nice. We enjoyed it to sit outside in the nice garden. The breakfast is excellent and when we got up early for a hike the hosts gave us a boxed breakfast, you couldn' t have done better.
We really recommend this accomodation. It' s much nicer than the bigger hotels in the area.

Three college cronies, a wife and daughter stayed here for 3 nights and felt right at home the whole time. Teresa and Larry were so gracious and accommodating and the inn was spotless. The breakfasts were delicious and we also enjoyed lazing out in the yard when taking a rest from our hikes. Next time I would love for my wife and daughters to join us but would love to return. We could not have been happier with our stay at The Bullberry Inn B&B. Larry & Teresa were wonderful hosts. Upon arrival Teresa treated us to a piece of freshly baked chocolate cake. The room was comfortable, clean & updated with new bathroom fixtures. We slept well in the queen size bed decorated with a pretty quilt. The breakfast was terrific and prepared for us personally. The location of the inn, Tropic Utah is 7 miles from the park entrance. That is an advantage because it is in the quiet country vs being closer and listening to tour buses. It takes about 10 to 12 minutes to get to the park entrance. Very nice stay, Thank you Teresa and Larry.

For visitors to Bryce Canyon, a fine place to stay is the Bullberry Inn in Tropic. With less than two years' experience, the innkeepers, Teresa and Larry, are already doing a great job. Our room was nice, and the four breakfasts we enjoyed (they are served at 8:00am) were excellent. Teresa and Larry spend a lot of time exploring the area with their dog Bella, and are happy to offer good advice on places to go and things to see. Even more than most B&B innkeepers, they seem to genuinely enjoy their guests’ company.

Room Tip: Our ground-floor room in the main house, just to the right of the front door (which is not the offic...
