We enjoyed our stay here. The common rooms and the bedroom we were given were spacious, clean and well decorated. The breakfast was fabulous. The hosts were especially accommodating. We will stay here again on a return trip.

Teresa and Larry are awesome hosts at the Bullberry Inn! They were very helpful in advising us as to places to hike and what to do to make the most of our short time at Bryce Canyon NP. The breakfasts were so delicious! The rooms are very, very clean and comfortable, with private baths and a shaded porch outside on which to drink a beverage and watch the sunset. Tropic is a neat little town, off the beaten path, not touristy, very relaxing. Can't say enough great things about the Bullberry and it's hosts!

Room Tip: Enjoyed our room, was not in the main house, backed up to farmland.

This is a great option for Bryce Canyon Nation Park. Less than 15 minutes drive from the visitor center but away from the rather tacky Ruby’s Inn area and far less costly than the in park options.
The Inn offers the amenities of a hotel (all rooms have private bathrooms) but with the benefit of friendly hosts full of local knowledge. The high point is the outstanding and imaginative breakfasts, cooked fresh and served in family style rooms that encourage interaction between guests. You will have a great stay here and you might even leave with a new set of friends.

Room Tip: We had an upstairs room, which we prefer but I imagine they are all good.

This B&B is only about 10 minutes from Bryce and yet it offers a quiet respite from busy vacationers. The hosts, Teresa and Larry, are very friendly and accommodating. I was there to celebrate both a birthday and anniversary and was so pleased to enter our room to balloons and birthday greetings. It was a lovely, welcoming touch! The breakfasts were great and the grounds around the B&B offer peaceful environments to walk or sit and marvel at the view.

I spent three nights at the Bullberry Inn with two college classmates and the family of one of them. Larry and Teresa were very helpful in arranging the dates for our stay and the type rooms needed, provided excellent breakfasts, and gave good advice about activities at Bryce Canyon National Park. The bedrooms are very comfortable and include very adaptable setups for a group or family. The location, just outside Tropic on Utah 12, is convenient, removed from the tourist busyness outside the National Park, and provides views of the national park and the Aquarius Plateau. The Bryce Way nearby in Tropic leads to a dirt road with parking for hiking the Tropic Trail into the national park, a pleasant walk. The grounds provide a pleasant setting to hang out and watch the play of sunset light on the white cliffs of the plateau. A great place to stay

Room Tip: Call ahead early. The Bullberry had no vacancies during our stay and seemed booked up for much of th...

This was our first experience at a B&B and it was a great choice! The reservation process was handled swiftly and accurately (I had to make a few modifications) and our overall experience was very positive. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bath were super clean. Teresa and her husband were friendly and it is apparent that they are really trying to provide a quality B&B. The breakfast in the morning was scrumptious and upon check-in, Teresa made a point to ask us if we had any dietary needs that she could accommodate. Overall, a great experience for our first B&B and we would highly recommend this B&B for your stay in the area!

Room Tip: We stayed in the building next to the main house which afforded additional privacy.

Absolutely lovely B & B. Everything is very clean and decorated very nice. We enjoyed it to sit outside in the nice garden. The breakfast is excellent and when we got up early for a hike the hosts gave us a boxed breakfast, you couldn' t have done better.
We really recommend this accomodation. It' s much nicer than the bigger hotels in the area.
