“Impressive Momument, where was access inside?”
Reviewed 9 December 2013

Pretty impressive monument, walked around it and did not seen any sign of access to stairs or an elevator. Would have been nice to have a sign with information about getting to the top.

“Great View from the Top”
Reviewed 21 November 2013

This is a must see place. The observation floor is almost at the top but you get a great view of the area from all four directions.

“Awesome view”
Reviewed 26 October 2013

When we were there in October the elevator wasn't in service. My husband climbed the steps and he said the stairs were very user-friendly and it was easy to climb. I didn't go inside the monument. The gift shop is lovely and the people were very friendly.

“Nice piece of history”
Reviewed 24 October 2013

We enjoyed our visit to the Monument. Cute little gift shop, a couple statues and plaques which tell the history. Unfortunately we couldn't go up the monument because the elevator was broken... a bummer because I bet the views would have been awesome.

“Get there before 4pm!”
Reviewed 23 October 2013

The elevator is closed off, but you can go up the stairs. We got there just after 4 and that's when they stop taking tours upstairs. The gift shop is a little cute place, and the older lady behind the counter is great! She will even quiz you on what you learn while visiting the monument. Its a dollar worth spent!!

Great place to see during the fall. It looks out to a valley, and is phenomenal.
