“Don't Miss This Beautiful Church!”
Reviewed 15 October 2011

Visited here while staying in Bennington for a few days. This is a not to be missed attraction. This is now one of my favorite church buildings, just stunning! The church is situated in an old neighborhood of elegant homes. Parking is along the street as there did not appear to be a parking lot. The church can be viewed inside and is absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed seeing the box pews that were a feature of the older churches. The church also has a cemetary which I visited briefly. The headstones are amazingly old, very interesting. While traveling through Vermont recently I noted that this state has exceptionally attractive churches and I believe this is one of the best!

“Beautiful and interesting”
Reviewed 17 July 2011

Very lovely church in lovely setting. Docent was very interesting and the church itself is very beautiful and restful. The attached cemetery has loads of history, too. Lots of Revolutionary War and Civil War soldiers and Robert Frost's grave.

“Robert Frost family grave”
Reviewed 20 July 2009

I believe this is the church whose graveyard holds the family grave of Robert Frost, his wife and children. One may park easily on the quiet street and spy the little sign directing one to the gravesite, behind the church's right corner. A pretty spot . The Frosts strove mightily to love one another and it is pleasant to see them buried together. . I believe you will come upon the church by following the main street westward from town center. Where it bends left , there's the church. If one turned right there, instead of following the bend, one would soon reach the Battle Monument.
