Just off the first Vermont Exit #1 of I-91 is an incredible food cart which serves locally-produced, organically-grown meats and veggies. I recommend the chili, hot-dogs, pulled-pork and and Cuban sandwiches, all of which I've enjoyed, as well as the maple-cremies and the "Coca-Colas de Mejico," (in imported glass coke bottles--err, guess that's not local), natural lemonaide, raspberry soda, etc. etc. The owner's farm is close by, in Guilford, VT, where many of his products are produced. He's incredibly friendly and, reflecting the quality of both products and services, his business is continues to grow. Besides new items on the menu, he's added several picnic-tables, now covered by a canvas shelter. A great place for an informal, but healthy lunch, on your way north. Less than a minute off I-91.
