Beautiful old home turned into an inn .An experience to stay in a place like this .As first time visitors to New England from Australia the ambience of this inn is exceptional set on the rim of a hill and in our case our room overlooked Lake Champlan and the distant mountains .The glassed in breakfast.room overlooks the inns garden and being balmy weather some guests were taking advantage of just simply sitting out enjoying the garden.
In our opinion the breakfast ,a choice of three lets it down ,inspire of that we would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
It's about a 15 minute walk into town or 5 minutes drive and very close to a lot of educational houses which had no interest for us but be of benefit to those visiting children involved.

Room Tip: We chose the adrionicks room with 2 double beds which suited us. It was late sept and the room was...

From the opening of the doors to the warm welcome by the staff, you step into a world of comfort. The owners are part of the staff and unless you ask, you will never know. The rooms are warm and stunning with top of the line beddings and bathrobes. I bought two bathrobes during one stay. Breakfasts are as unique as the Inn itself and you wil leave wanting to come back. Thanksfor a great experience.

Room Tip: No guessing--- just arrive and be surprised

We stayed here four our first anniversary-eve in late August and absolutely loved the property! Well kept, gorgeous property, delicious breakfast, and a staff that happily accommodated our late arrival. Delicious cookies in our room upon arrival. The owner, Larry, was very friendly in the morning and pointed us to his favorite swimming spots. An all-around charm!

Room Tip: Room 10 was very well equipped for a couple. King bed, bathroom en suite, day bed in living room.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Willard Street Inn for his 30th birthday and had an amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Tower Room and had beautiful views of the gardens and of Lake Champlain. The entire house was very clean and just absolutely adorable. We loved that we were able to walk everywhere, which is definitely recommended because the area is so historic and very charming. The Willard Street Inn is one of the more pricey places to stay, but still very reasonable and 100% worth it! We are already planning for our next stay! Cannot wait to go back!!

Willard Street Inn was our introduction to Burlington and Vermont, and it was a good one. We stayed only one night, but found the innkeepers to be very helpful in getting oriented to the town. The breakfast has got to be at the top of the list of B&B breakfasts we've ever had. The grounds are very interesting, and we strolled even though it had been periodically rainy--an expansive herb and vegetable garden and a wide variety of flowers. Very friendly staff, and we had a good time having breakfast with another couple at breakfast. The beverage and snack offerings in the dining room during the afternoon-evening are of excellent quality---coffee, teas, ice water, and home-made cookies, as well as fruit. Willard is a bit pricey, but we'd stay here again in a minute.

Room Tip: The room we stayed in, Cobblestones, has a bathroom across the hallway from the room, but it wasn...
