We stayed 3 nights in two adjoining rooms. The indoor pool was very big and clean. Front desk staff was friendly although room service was a bit pokey. Within walking distance of the ECHO Lake Aquarium, restaurants and Lake Champlain. Rented bikes and went to the lake for the afternoon. Excellent location for taking in Burlington and easy drive to Ben and Jerry's and the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory. Although it was a short walk to the restaurants, we didn't consider it too far. Would stay here again.

Great food, great service excellent location. I grew up in Burlington so I know what a change this great hotel has made to the community. I now feel that I can go back to my roots and enjoy the luxury of staying in a hotel that feels like home.

Location was good. Hotel is in need of an update. Room was dirty. However, staff was very friendly and accommodating. gym area was small and limited. Indoor pool area poor. Overall extremely dissapointed and for the cost of the room charged, did not get much value except for location.

Too pricey considering mediocre room and inconvenience of parking garage without elevator running. Bed was uncomfortable, no fridge in room, room was very average with above average price. Location was okay, but still a hike to the fun areas of town. Main problem was the price and the bed.

We stayed here with a Priceline deal and were amazed at the excessive going rate....glad we didn't pay full price but for those who do, don't waste your money, .how can a full service hotel, with ballroom and conference spaces, actually charge for wifi??? Also, there is no breakfast included, nor water in the rooms for drinking and no microwave, just a fridge.
Needs to earn its customers' cash with actual services provided, not a moniker that some might equate with fancy.

The location is very good. It's near the water and a short walk down the hill from the very interesting Church Street. The building is large and has great potential, but it's a little out of date. Our particular room (101) was poorly laid out and in serious need of refreshing. We had asked for a rollaway bed to accommodate our teenager, so we speculate that this unappealing room was the only one that could handle that. In any case, we felt the experience was not up to Hilton standards. The service we received was uninspired, but then the whole North East of the country was in the middle of a long heat wave, so that was understandable ... after all, we were feeling pretty hot and uninspired ourselves. Nothing particularly wrong with this Hilton, and I wouldn't tell people to stay away, but we were a little disappointed.

We stayed a night here last week after having been bumped off our flight. We had a beautiful and very clean room overlooking the lake on the 7 th floor. Supremely comfortable beds and pillows ( a rarity in IME) w/ very helpful and friendly staff. Is a bit of a drive from airport but view and locale worth it. Not happy that the hotel "lost" their shuttle driver ( truly -front desk told me they didn't know where he was) but they did pay for the taxi we had to take from the airport ( was he off drinking? That's the image that came to my mind ) and the hotel should have called me when this problem arose instead of leaving us cooling our heels on the curb -we waited 40 min before I finally called. They have a pool which is not featured anywhere on their website which I found strange and we never did get a chance to see.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I assure you that the issue with the Van Driver was nothing more than a communication breakdown with my team.

Thank you again for your feedback
