This bakery is at first sight a humble eatery but their pastries are melt in your mouth good. Today I had a Hungarian roll which is a crescent pastry filled with walnut meringue. Their coffee is delicious....not sure which brand they use, but it didn't have a dark bitter taste the way some coffee shops/houses have. I also bought a loaf of bread which I had a piece of later in the day at home. Really good - crusty/chewy crust with a soft, terrific texture center. The kind of bread I can't make at home and I can eat a whole loaf of without any butter or olive oil and be perfectly content.
