Great breakfast. Super friendly cook and server. The Big Daddy breakfast was yummy - eggs, sausage, bacon, toast and 2 pancakes. My family also had blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes and they were great too. Nothing fancy - just good home cooked food.

Other reviewers have this spot on. We ate twice here, we really loved it as the food was great and the service friendly.

It's a family owned diner, lots of character. Earl is a great guy, very helpful and gave us lots of advice about what to see and do in Burlington.

Go and enjoy this all American experience. Real Vermont maple syrup too.

Where else can you converse with the owner when out to eat? You feel at home here. The owner / chef is welcoming, friendly, and appreciative that you came. You are personally thanked and wished happy trails in a comfortable, thoughtful namiste. Great breakfast... A must while in Burlington!

Having lunch here was a great experience. Have I had better and more intricate food elsewhere? Of course! But the atmosphere here was unbeatable with a U shaped counter. Earl who is the owner and the cook seemed like a nice person he was friendly with everyone. Sandwiches we had were excellent as well. We had a great time there.
