Best kept secret in Burlington & it shouldn't be!! Gary, owner & guide truly makes Burlington's history come alive in a fun & fact filled two hours. He is a natural story teller.

Gary picked us up in his comfortable van at our hotel and showed us the hidden jewels of Burlington. Places that are little known but which played important roles in the town's history and the beautiful Lake Champlain. He is knowledgeable and his love of the town certainly showed. This is a tour that should not be missed.

So happy to have found Gary and this wonderful tour! We met at Battery Park near the lake & were grateful for the warmth of the van on a frigid day. Gary, a former Burlington city councilor, treated us to an informative and enjoyable narrative as we made our way around the waterfront and then out to several cemeteries including the final resting place of Ethan Allen and then out to the Ethan Allen homestead. The tour took a little over 2 hours, with a short break about half-way through for a coffee and rest stop. I would highly recommend this as a terrific way to experience this wonderful city.
