One of the things we wanted to do while traveling through Vermont, was to see a real Maple Syrup Farm. Boy did we find a gem. The Baird Farm is an organic, family run Maple Syrup Farm that has been around since 1918. Jenna, who helps run the operation, couldn’t have been nicer in giving us the tour and tasting. It was very interesting. And we hope you win the pumpkin contest.
