What a great hot chocolate slightly spiced and cappuccino they make and what a shame we had already eaten because the menu and bakes looked good too.
The young people serving we're pleasant and very helpful, we were staying in Newfane and we wish we had found them before we'll worth driving out to Jamaica just for the coffee. Great well stocked little general store as well .

I have visited twice now and both times the owners have been sooo great. We will go back again and again as it's a great local family run biz. I only had an iced coffee so far which was very good. I will have to get a hot cup next time. Sandwiches were large, tasty and made to order (chips and pickle). Kids and grown ups will enjoy the homemade ice cream sandwiches. The scones or thingy dingy's as they are called were great for breakfast. A very comfortable spot where you will feel welcomed and well taken care of. Good chatting with other patrons as well (coffee talk!)

Dave and Jamie are terrific and brew up some great coffee. The sandwiches and soups are fantastic. If your fortunate the local band will be playing if not sit back and enjoy great company and visit with the locals.

We were definitely coffee-deprived on our recent trip to VT, and the Jamaica was a welcome find. We stopped here twice: once after a hike at a nearby park for coffee, lunch and dessert and again a few days later for a road latte as we relocated further north.

The setting is modest, but you will quickly note the amount of traffic the restaurant gets, and much of it from locals. The owners/operators are friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. I had a Mediterranean salad that came with a small side of humus, and all of it was fresh and flavorful.

The top note to our first stop were the homemade cookie ice cream sandwiches. Stop counting calories, and grab one of these, if you need a real treat: chocolate ice cream on peanut butter cookies, or vanilla on chocolate chip.

We would stop here any time we were nearby... or drive a good way out of our way to visit again.
