The horse drawn sleigh ride through a forest trail was amazing. Short ride but every minute a treat. Horses take you through winding trail that ends with an outdoor fire, hot cider, marshmallows to roast with ski mountains in the background. Guests are invited to BYOB which was a nice treat to go with our hot cider :). Farm has a shop with Vermont cheese, etc. and kids loved visiting the cows. HIghly recommended. There was a puppy out in the snow that had the shivers and I wanted to take him home, but the owners assured he was well cared for and belonged to one of the staff. Taylor farms is the real deal. Not a spectacle for tourists, more like you get to be a part of the farm, if only for a short while.

Took a sleigh ride at Taylor farms- it was great! Highly recommend.

You ride through the forest then stop midway at a fire pit to make marshmallows and have apple cider. You can take pictures here with the horses, and then ride back to barn. Ralph the driver was very nice. We purchased some cheese at the store and they lent us a wicker basket with a knife and cutting board so we can enjoy our cheese at the midway point. There is a picnic table there to sit. It was a very thoughtful gesture!
We had a wonderful time and met some very nice people who were also on the ride.
Compared to other places, we found taylor farm very reasonably priced. $20 per adult and $10 child?? for 45 minute ride.
There are also chickens and cows towards the back of cheese shop you can go and see.
It was about a 15 mint drive from Manchester.
Definitely make it a part of your vacation!

Sleigh ride through the farm and forest to a bonfire, marshmellows, and hot apple cider was sooo romantic and so different then what you find as an attraction on other vacations. We toured the farm afterward on our own and the farmers were very friendly even though we were walking around while they were trying to feed all the cattle and horses. I recommemd taking an hour out of your day and heading to Taylor Farm...support them by buyng a cheese!!!

The sleigh ride was awesome and we would highly recommend! We were driven through the forest, not around some crappy field like other places do. There was a fire burning in the forest where we roasted marshmallows and drank cider. It was awesome!

Me and my family have been visiting Taylor Farm for years and make sure to stop by every time we are in Londonderry! Great Gouda and lots of cute farm animals.
