We left a three night stay in a 2br + loft unit feeling refreshed and taken care of. Was it busy? Yes. Was it noisy? Yes. Was it pricey? Yes. Was it Presidents Week? Yes. Highlights: underground garage, bellman service, pool/ hot tub, layout of the unit and gas fireplace, ski valet, location near lifts, roller coaster, grooming. The staff was GREAT. We did the snowcat dinner at Epic and loved it. Tavern was good. Siena was mediocre. Housekeeping a little inconsistent. Wish we could have stayed longer.

lovely location and convenient. We had a prior great trip here but it is a school vacation nightmare!!!!! Basic motel room alone was over $600. Four of eight of us had food poisoning during the week! Many staff and several guests with similar illness.

Room Tip: Be clear on bed configurations (eg not junky sofabed) Avoid peak weeks.

It is regrettable that you and your family fell prey to the same “bug,” but we are certain that it was not food poisoning. In any environment where large groups of people gather, it is not unusual for a bug to catch hold, especially during flu season. We are very sorry that occurred with you. We score very high marks in all of our kitchen and room inspections and are vigilant in keeping a safe food service environment.

Nothing like my 13 year olds being able to walk to ski rental, ski valet, restaurants, walk back from ski school and feel at home. Check in staff very helpful, especially bell staff. Spring house with outdoor jacuzzi and pool a big hit. Units are clean and roomy. One glitch…zambonis were LOUD the last night we were there in prep for the weekend…mentioned it at check out…and got an i am sorry…Okemo a great mountain…way better than Killington…looking forward to going back already!

Room Tip: if you want quiet, don't face the mountain. Stayed in a 1 BR deluxe, pullout couch and murphy bed for my kids…they were happy…two bathrooms which is key.

Just came back from a very expensive weekend...skiing was great, staff very friendly. We stayed in the executive room in the Inn itself...it was okay, bedding cheap...I hate that slippery bed spread, just reminds me of a bad motel room. The bar in the lobby is overrun with kids...I realize this is a family resort, but c'mon they take it over!! I saw a three year old taking up an entire leather couch sucking his thumb and napping. I was with our youngest...he is 18 and he sat outside the bar area!! I saw a family pull 5 bar stools from the bar and form a little circle so their young children could sit....it is out of control!!!

check- in was easy and quick.. staff exremely helpful and so nice...beautiful facility... great Location fantastic....stayed in a studio over presidents weekend ( Thurs- Mon) room clean, very comfortable, gas fireplace..kitchen...dvd player pullout couch with loft bedroom upstairs- was perfect for our family great apres' ski lounge in lobby. whole family impressed by everyone we have met and the quality and the layout.. would absolutely recommend.. ****One Tip- when calling on phone be sure you are actually speaking with the Jackson Gore people... we had originally called from a google web search and it was not them and horrible - when we researched and had the right number it was perfect - we would def come back

Room Tip: Here's the correct reservation # 800-786-5366
