This is our second stay at the Manchester View, and we were fortunate in getting a recently renovated room. We enjoyed our stay last year as well, but it was nice to have a "new" room. It is conveniently located for shopping in Manchester, dining at the great restaurants, and skiing at Bromley Mountain. We would highly recommend it.

We usually come to Manchester two times a year. We always stay at the Manchester View. We come up in the spring and in the fall or winter. The staff at the motel has always been gracious and accommodating. We always pick one of the premium rooms with fireplaces. The rooms are lovely and are always being upgraded with newer bedding, TV's, etc.
We always look forward to our stay there.

Beautiful views with well mainicured grounds. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful...but the owners wife should not be allowed to interface with customers. She was very rude to my family and I while Jasen was being helpful by providing us with local information. She called him away three times for a matter that could have easily waited until we were finished. Additionally, she answered the phone while we were in the office and was rude and short with the caller. I would bet they did not call back...I would not have. What a shame that such a nice place is being run into the ground. Recommend you look elsewhere for you stay in Manchester!

This used to be a lovely place but has now become very run down. Musty smelling rooms, broken toilets, chipped and peeling paint and frequent power outages. Customer service is practically non-existance.......rude owners and disinterested staff. There are so many other places to stay in the Manchester area that we would never bother to go to this place again.

I stayed at The Manchester View motel in late july, and what a wonderful place it was.The staff was so friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay there wonderful. It is such a beautful place, breath taking views, nicely lanscaped grounds, heated swimming pool. The room was nice neat and the views from the deck were great. We will be back for years to come.

We've been to Vermont a lot, and stayed in several Manchester locations. We decided to try the Manchester View for a change, and it was a huge mistake. As other people have noted, customer service is awful. The problem? Our room was musty--terribly musty. A first floor room that felt like a basement. We politely asked the front desk about the situation, and they simply shrugged. We paid a lot of money for a damp, odor filled stay. After returning home, we called the owners to express our feelings. They never returned our call, never offered any way to make up for a bad stay. My advice? Contact the VT Chamber of Commerce, as we did., They take these issues very seriously, and they're happy to discuss them with you.
