We stayed here for three nights last month and loved it. Our room, Cinnamon, was at the back at the top of a flight of stairs which only served one other room, so very quiet. Everything was very comfortable and clean and the surroundings were pretty. Breakfast was freshly cooked and one day included the best pancakes ever! The Inn is convenient for visiting Hildene and Equinox Mountain, has a pub / restaurant just across the road and several other restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay. The Inn itself is very nice, and certainly convenient to town. More importantly, the Hanes family is incredibly welcoming. They are warm hosts, but at the same time give the guests room to do their own thing. The breakfasts are quite good; the "cottage cakes" are outstanding. We look forward to our next stay at the Inn.

My husband and I were looking for a little spring getaway earlier this year found a great deal (on TripAdvisor!) for this place. What a gem! We stayed for three nights in a lovely room on the first floor. Everything was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were warm and inviting. They have a lovely bar area as well as many games and puzzles scattered around. My husband and I had a great time playing "Close the box" while having some drinks from their bar. Also, I have to say that the breakfasts were fantastic!!! The pancakes we had were delicious! Definitely recommend staying here!

We just stayed for 1 night. Our mistake. It's what an inn should feel like! Frank and Julie were very welcoming. The Inn is Incredible. We had an great room right next to the beautiful secluded pool. They make you feel like they're having you stay at their home for the weekend, complete with a great homecooked breakfast in the morniong. The whole experience was very relaxing. Thay also have a nice bar at the inn where we went to have a nightcap and met other couples up for the weeekend. Julie was very gracious while she tended bar for us. Also very close to all the major sites in Manchester. . We cant wait to go back. Next time it will be for more than 1 Night!

There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful experience we had staying with Frank and Julie at the Inn. This was my elderly parents first time at a bed and breakfast, and despite being world travelers they said it was the nicest place they had ever stayed. None of us wanted to leave. From the pristine rooms filled with lovely antiques and paintings, to the crisp bacon and fresh orange juice...everything exceeded out expectations. We cannot wait to come back!

Room Tip: We loved the Cinnamon Room!

We have been staying with Julie and Frank since they purchased the inn. We have stayed in approximately 9 different rooms and each room has a unique ambiance that makes it special. We love to hike the Equinox Preservation Trust Trails, which are within walking distance of the property. The Inn provides a unique experience at any time of the year. There are plenty of things to see and do, or you can just relax by the pool or sit on the front porch and read. The people working here are wonderful, dedicated individuals, always ready to make your stay more enjoyable. The staff is more like a family, and you see how all of them work together to make us comfortable. Frank and Julie are certainly the most gracious of hosts; and their daughter, Alice, follows in their footsteps. Ade and Virgil take care of everything behind the scenes, making certain that the Inn is spotless and stocked with everything one would need. Over the past few years, we have also come to know Kevin, who provides a kind word or two, and is always ready to help with whatever we want. We always love coming here and our latest trip just last week was delightful. This location is the best! Ginny & Michael from New Jersey.

We stayed 2 nights at the Inn at Manchester in the Garden Suite. The inn is quite large as inn's go in our experience so far, with accommodation in the main old house and the barn behind. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Quite simply furnished it had a large comfortable bed, seating area and bathroom with a bath and shower over. There are several communal rooms including a bar, lounge and dining room where a delicious home cooked breakfast is served. There's also a large porch where you can sit and rock and watch the world go by. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. To cap it all of the town is lovely too with outlet discount shopping and a superb shoe shop (just down from the inn). There are many good places to eat out including a pub almost opposite the inn.
