Description: In 2015 we broke ground on a brand new, 120-barrel brew house. This state-of-the-art facility will expand our capacity and allow us to deliver more of our deliciously dank beers to bottles cans and kegs everywhere. Phase one of this project included a complete renovation of our pub and restaurant space. On the heels of upgrades to our packaging and production facilities, our brand new, mid-century inspired digs reflect the commitment we've made to our brand and the collective creative juices the keep our brewery running. We invite you to hop on the bus and join us on our cosmic journey of craft. Pub and Restaurant open daily from 11am - 6pm serving a locally-sourced selection of tasty treats with a healthy dose of delicious brews served straight from our stash to your glass.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and place was pretty busy. The seating area/ restaurant / bar is pretty small....maybe 10 bar seats...and 7-8 tables with 4 tall stools, and one regular table. Definitely smaller than the set-up at their parent company (Long Trail). You have a pretty nice view into the brewery through large glass windows, but I didn't see any indication of tours. Free hot popcorn. Superb selection of probably 20+ fresh drafts. You can get a sample of 6, 4-oz drafts for $7. Small pub menu with reasonably priced sandwiches, wraps, soups, and pub appetizers. We were happy with our food. Staff was very friendly and service was great (we split a sandwich, and they brought it out split on separate plates - nice!). They also have an on site gift shop.

If you are handicapped, the entry is flat but NOT paved so gravely and muddy when weather is bad...and only one accessible table available inside.

Anyhow, great brewery.

We decided to pop over to Middlebury for a visit and when we stopped in Brandon, the shop owner of The Inside Scoop told us to go to Oak Creek Brewing. They brew on-site and have a small pub with barrel tables and a popcorn machine. The menu is limited but lots of options - I had buffalo chicken nachos and my lunch mates had a tuna melt and a cheddar, bacon, apple panini. Everything was flavorful and the staff was fantastic. The nachos had a delicate mix of cheese, gaucamoli, and salsa and thin strips of chicken just hot enough! Dylan our waitress could not have been nicer or more attentive and I LOVE a waitress that remembers to ask if you want water!
Their beer sampler is only $6.50 and you get to sample 6 of their current brews - which was perfect. The brewing building is slightly out of town but well worth the visit! The scenic view is because you look into the brew area.

OK so we didn't have any food, other than some free popcorn. However, the beer is great with plenty to choose from with anything from wheat beers to a stovepipe porter. The staff are so friendly and you can take growlers away with you which is great if one of you has to drive!

Staff was great - beers were pretty good......but the atmosphere was awful. We had lunch. It was average but not worth the amount we spent. I recommend skipping this one and heading for Long Trail Brewery.
