“Good place to stop and sample”
Reviewed 20 September 2013

We stopped by to look around the store. We didn't go into the museum as it costs and we weren't that interested however, there is a room where you can sample a lot of produce. In fact some people were almost using this as lunch. Its a great place to look at local produce.

“Half Museum, Half Store”
Reviewed 10 September 2013

You can learn just about anything you ever wanted to know about maple syrup here, but the most interesting thing to do at the New England Maple Museum is to wander around the store, checking out all the maple-themed food and gifts. It's a neat place to pick up some souvenirs -- and of course, some syrup. You'll never buy Log Cabin or Aunt Jemima again! If in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping by.

“More a shop than a museum.”
Reviewed 2 September 2013

This is fun but it is mostly a store. That said it is a great place to buy a huge assortment of Vermont maple products.

“Informative but needs updating.”
Reviewed 17 August 2013

I am glad I stopped at the Maple Museum because the exhibits while old, are very informative. As many of the reviews say, the museum needs some updating and I am not sure if all the dolls take away from the museum or contribute to it. The people running it were very friendly and informative and you get to taste different syrups, spreads, and jams at the end. I would stop by if I was in the area.
