Though the menu is very limited, there is enough to satisfy any discerning palette. As I enjoyed my risotto with fresh roasted seasonal vegetables, my husband sank his teeth into a 24 ounce piece of juice dripping prime rib. Each entree is served with a generous side salad and warm crunchy slices of French baguette. The service would rival any fine dining establishment. We look forward to returning to The Quechee Club on our next visit.
