We stayed here when visiting the University of Vermont. It was very conveniently located. There is a Price Chopper and Rite Aid in a little strip mall right behind the hotel. (Hint, if you need to get out of the hotel and turn left, drive back into the Price Chopper parking and then come out on the side street with a light that allows you to turn left.)
We requested a non-smoking room with 2 beds far from smoking. Despite having booked on priceline, they were happy to accommodate us. We got a 2 double beds room on the 2nd floor that had no trace of smoke smell to it. The beds were more comfortable than many hotel beds, with a nice pillow top and decent feather pillows. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.
Breakfast, parking, and internet were free. Internet access was the easiest I've ever encountered at a hotel. I just turned on my laptop and I had internet access. It was nice not having the 10-minute process of trying to get connected to the wifi. Breakfast was a bit below average, with cereal, muffins, waffles, but only apples and oranges for fruit, and no hot options other than the waffles.
I'd be happy to stay again.More
