“The best”

The rec path is an amazing asset to a wonderful resort. The folks who pioneered its construction decades ago were brilliant! We love it for walking, biking, scootering, and hanging out at the swiimming holes along the river. Some bikers get a little crazy (it's not the Indy 500) so caution is advisable.

“Lovely walk, although haven't done the whole 5 miles yet!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 August 2014

It's a lovely, for the most part, shaded path easily accessible behind the church. Lots of interesting art pieces and bridges along the way. Yes, there are people biking along the path, as well as the walkers and runners, but everybody seems to be quite considerate and polite in passing each other so it didn't seem like a problem for me. Very enjoyable walk.

“Love this”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 August 2014

This path is long enough to take a decent bike ride. I believe it is about 5 or so miles long. You can rent bikes hourly at AJ's which is right on the path. I love seeing the babbling brook that runs alongside most of the path. It's a beautiful path and mostly wooded.

Many access points make this trail ready to find. People using the trail are great at following trail rules. Safe, fun, great views, and places to stop song the way make this a great trail for anyone.
