“Beautiful Course”
Reviewed 25 July 2013

Even though we played after days of rain, the course was in good shape. This is one of the most scenic New England golf courses, rolling hills and great views of the Green Mountains. The staff is wonderful and always friendly.. Extras like cold water at the first hole, tees, and markers are also appreciated. The course is well worth the price. Stop at the 19th hole and have a drink overlooking the 18th hole. One of my favorite courses!

“Soggy but playable”
Reviewed 18 July 2013

Unfortunately for us we arrived in VT during the rainiest month on record and our golf was severely affected for the week. We started at the Stowe Country Club which was so wet we could barely walk across the fairway from the cart path. The front nine was a horribly difficult ordeal but the back nine was in better shape. It's hard to give a fair evaluation but the $65 green fee could have been reduced because of the conditions.

“Beautiful 18-hole golf course”
Reviewed 29 May 2013

We played this course 3 times in May. It was not busy and the course was in great shape. They have an early spring special, until May 24th, which makes the green fees very reasonable. They also have a driving range and putting & chipping facilities. Staff is very friendly.

“Scenic hilly course”
Reviewed 18 October 2012

Enjoyed the driving range and the course is beatiful. Wish the restaurant had more than hot dogs and grilled cheese during this slow season since the cost for a round was still high.

“Good Golf ..... Well maintained course.”
Reviewed 14 August 2012

Play here each time we come to Stowe ..... Course always well maintained (expect none the less as this is a resort course). Bit expensive but ....
Greens are green, fairways for the most part good (some brown patches from heat & no water). Greens are sloped back to front.
You have to like side-hill lies, semi-deep rough, hills.
Wish the tee boxes were more level ... so walk back/forth to find right spot.
Pro Shop and staff very friendly. Good quality products .... some sales.
