The trip advisor map does not accurately show the location. From the intersection of Percy Hill Rd and West Hill Rd, it is 3.4 miles on the dirt road to the parking area. There are signs that clearly show where to go at the end. There are several trails for hiking. The "interpretive trail" is a short hike over a wooded trail It has rocks and roots sticking up on the path. Just watch your footing and it is an easy hike. There are good views of the stream and waterfalls and a picnic table at the end of the trail for public use. We spent a little over an hour there with some good photo ops. I would not allow small children to go unattended due to the ledges of the gorge and no railings. There are no restrooms or port-a-potties so plan accordingly. This is a very good venue to take in nature and the surroundings. It beats shopping in the over priced boutiques, especially on a nice day.

The hike along the gorge is a nice little hike, and it's not too difficult. Be informed though that there is limited parking, and you have to drive on a pretty long, very bumpy dirt road to get to it.

worth while stopping to see. a nice leisurely hike and we were able to make some beautiful pictures. Definitely would want to hold your childs hand if you are viewing the gorge. Many warning signs posted about this. Great information posted along the trail of various sites

Beautiful hiking area that is not too strenuous or too long. Great for kids, but keep an eye on them as some of the drop offs are quite steep.

Although the parking is limited, this is an ideal spot for a short hike to a spectacular gorge. The path winds through woods and in spots you need to be careful of roots and the edge of the cliff. Bring a picnic as there is a table at the end of the path. Along the route there are signs explaining the geological aspects of the area which are very informative. You can walk above the gorge and find remains of old mills that once took advantage of the stream.
