Description: Contemporary and classic, entirely reimagined. A modern lobby bar and restaurant, where definitive fare has a decidedly Vermont twist. A comfortable, casual space that brings the outdoors in, and the indoors out. The Roost is a place to meet up and hang out. Where you can grab a seat, a bite, and a game at our Shuffleboard Dining Bar, or gather in our patio living room - under a pergola, near a fire pit, bocce court, and a reflecting pool. Or, lounge on oversized couches while you sample one of our Chef's nibbles, the perfect plates to go with a craft draft beer or creative cocktail. Food served until 10:00 PM.

Stopped in to Roost for a snack after the movies last week. One of the few places in Stowe open after 10:00pm. Excellent food, good-sized portions and the place had a real buzz going. Much better than the old ButterTub Lounge that it replaced. Definitely would go back

The Roost is a welcome addition to the Stowe restaurant scene. There are very few places that have as much atmosphere---it's beautifully designed and an all around great vibe. The outdoor views are special at this location and there is outdoor seating.... The food is very good and well thought out/creative---it's small plates so you can order exactly what you want. Enjoyed the wings and the homemade fries. Need to go back to try some more dishes and soak up the view....They have a wide assortment of drinks--signature drinks as well to choose from! Great service all the way around--- from the initial meet and greet to the follow up by staff to make sure we were being well served! Well done Top Notch!

The staff were great - friendly, polite and ready to advise on the menu.
A good choice.
Great to sit inside or outside but outside in the evening is lovely.
Try the meatballs!

We dined twice at this restaurant. This is the more casual bar/restaurant part of the resort. We enjoyed the outside seating area with beautiful views of the mountain and sunset.

The food was really good – we tried the small plates though – crabcakes, bruschetta, etc, which were delicious. Service was good and very friendly.

We do recommend.

I was in shock when a few of us stopped in for a late night drink. We ordered three chards, only one California chard to choose from! When the wine arrived there was barely enough wine in the glass for to gulps. Very diappointing!
