Description: Contemporary and classic, entirely reimagined. A modern lobby bar and restaurant, where definitive fare has a decidedly Vermont twist. A comfortable, casual space that brings the outdoors in, and the indoors out. The Roost is a place to meet up and hang out. Where you can grab a seat, a bite, and a game at our Shuffleboard Dining Bar, or gather in our patio living room - under a pergola, near a fire pit, bocce court, and a reflecting pool. Or, lounge on oversized couches while you sample one of our Chef's nibbles, the perfect plates to go with a craft draft beer or creative cocktail. Food served until 10:00 PM.

Went to the Roost with a group of colleagues, initially just for a drink and something to nosh on. They have an interesting array of things to sample with a drink - we had the deviled eggs, spring roll and a sampler of 3 meats and two cheeses. Each was very good. Our server was very helpful in explaining the approximate size of each portion, so we knew how much to order. It is a lovely space with modern décor and great views to the outside. We decided to stay for dinner and the dinner menu, while limited, provided enough choices for everyone. I had a the quail with cheesy grits and bok choy and it was perfectly prepared. It's not over the top, but not cheap either, but for what they provide, it was a fair value.

We had a great time in Roost. The menu is awesome -- try the Kale salad. Also fun for the kids - there is a cool game in the bar kind of like shuffleboard. Our server was Lilly and she was excellent. We will be back!

The food was delicious and for a slower time of the year there was
a lot of variety on the menu. Indoor or outdoor dining with awesome mountain views. Super friendly staff!

Stopped for drinks and appetizers one afternoon and was impressed with this spot. Both inside and outside tables and benches with a fireplace area were thoroghly modern. Refreshing drinks and creative appetizers.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious dinner with a mountain view. Our server, Kyle, was great. He was kind, entertaining, and very helpful with any questions we had about the food. He even suggested other restaurants and other activities in the the area for us. I started with a kale salad and then we shared a BLT and a veggie burger. Everything was very well prepared and we left satisfied.
