Description: The Sweet Spot is the place for delectable pastries, fine coffee and a one-of-a-kind ice cream and riverside cocktail experience. Best espresso in the valley!

Coffees not bad either. Very good Everything,. Cupcakes, espresso, homemade to die for with very unique flavour choices.

Perfect settings beside the river. Very friendly service.

Would highly recommend, something for everyone.

Great little gem for home made ice cream and cakes....and the best ice pops ever! They're tucked away behind the Bridge Street Marketplace on the river overlooking the covered bridge.

I have not had crumb cake this good since my childhood in New Jersey. Some of the items are dry, not a fan of the scones but the cupcakes are to die for. Service is friendly if sometimes a bit slow, but you are on vacation in the Mad River Valley of Vermont so slooow down and enjoy. If the weather permits sit outside by the river, they have a lovely patio overlooking the Mad River, in the summer time you can watch the children swim or float down the river.

This was a refuge from the rainy weather. The pastries and hot coffee fortified us for a walk in this charming area. There was no wait while we were there.

We thought the scones and coffee were pretty good. It is sooo hard to find a decent coffee in the US, and this place was putting in an effort and raising the average.

The decor is cute, a bit retro.

What lets it down a bit was the service, which whilst not surly or grumpy was unsmiling and disengaged. You felt a bit like an intruder in an otherwise well-oiled machine!
