“Great place to call home!”
Reviewed 4 December 2013

Had the pleasure of staying at the Seasons Resort over Thanksgiving weekend while visiting family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with lots of room to relax in. I didn't actually have to use the kitchen, but if I did, I would have had no trouble making any number of things since the kitchens are VERY well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, knives, forks, plates, even a corkscrew and wine glasses! Yes, you have to clean up after yourself...but if you treat this place as you would treat your own home, you'll find it to be a wonderful accommodation. The common areas are warm and inviting, there's a coffee station in the lobby, and the fitness area is adequate to get in a decent work out indoors. There are board games and books to share as well - which really keep this place feeling like a home rather than a hotel. Super close to Sugarbush mountain (probably less than 10 minutes driving) without the insanity of ski resort ambiance. The hotel does have free wifi, which was nice since Verizon cell phone service was spotty at best, which was typical of everywhere we went during our stay.

We have stayed at Seasons Resort numerous times and have enjoyed each visit. This is a condo resort. Units have a kitchenette that has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a pull out sofa in the living room and a Flat screen TV with DVD player. The bedrooms have comfy queen beds with down comforters. In the main lobby there is a wood burning stove and comfortable seating. There is a well equipped work out area and laundry facilities downstairs. However the best thing about Seasons is Kate, the manger. She is a warm, welcoming lady that makes you feel right at home. She is the heart of the resort.

Stayed a week in the fall to explore Vermont and would recommend this resort, rooms are good but slightly small cooking area, hot tub on porch very popular after a good days tree peeping. Good club room with large TV - laundry and drying room for skiers

I stayed for a week in July, the building does not have AC (which was stated in my paperwork) and the cell phone service is spotty at best, however, I really enjoyed my time at the Seasons. The pool is large and heated during the summer and the hot tub was on the front deck for great sunset views. I also played tennis on the court and swam in the river (even though it rained almost every day, so much for summer!) which was awesome. Kate, the manager, was always very helpful and attentive. She lives "on site" and was kind enough to recommend restaurants and attractions, even getting us a couple discounts!

First and foremost I'd like to emphasize that this is a time share resort, not a hotel! The building and rooms are kept clean but you are expected to leave the room tidy when you leave. Kate was kind enough to walk us through the resorts rules and there was a binder of info in our room.

It seems most of the complaints (besides the beds being hard, but you can't please everyone) are clearly outlined in the paperwork people must sign to reserve a room, I read mine and it explained that there was no AC. This is a rural resort, if you're looking for shopping/excitement other than at a ski resort you might want to go elsewhere but if you're looking for skiing/boarding/biking, relaxation, romance and small town friendliness this could be the place for you!

Room Tip: If you need a handicap accessible room this may not be the place for you! Also, spotty cell service...

Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff has been very helpful . The manager, Kate, has been very eager to please. She is a jewel and I look forward to being in touch with her again.
This has been exactly what we have been looking for. No McDonald's, etc., just local eateries and quaint little shops.
Having read some of the negatives I can point out that my husband and I are frequent time-share vacationers, owning 6 weeks. We have always had to remove our own trash and have never experienced daily maid service.
If a rainy day should occur, there are a large amount of DVD's available, an exercise room, books, games and conversation with other travelers.
WE'LL BE BACK. LOVED IT HERE.....

The bed was small and hard as a rock. Carpet stains, walls could use fresh paint. Bathroom door wouldn't close. You must remove your own trash. Maid service consists of once weekly towel change. Does have nice little kitchenette, is centrally located in green mountains.

The room was great, small apt sized oven, tiny fridge, plenty of space as it was a one bedroom unit so that part was great.
The bed was SMALL and the mattress was awful. We got NO rest.
There is no AC so it was terribly humid and everything felt soggy.
This place has nice staff, but, it needs a whole lot of upgrading.
