Booked a last minute one night stay. Rooms/hotel are dated but if you can overlook that for proximity for ski in/out and restaurant onsite/ lift ticket window convience it is absolutely worth it. We had a studio/murphy bed. Not all studios are same the 1st one we checked in to was small overlooked parking lot and little dingy, we opted to move for better view which was slopeside. Same accomodations, but the room was bigger, more updated and better view. Both rooms had a full kitchenette - stove/oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot (teas/coffee included). A family of 4 could stay in the larger studio room that had a pull out couch, it would be tight, but doable for a couple days. All the employees were so nice and helpful. The food at the Harriman Restaurant was quite good and again two thumbs up for convience. When trying to book online said I couldn't because only wanted one night, when I called the 800 number I was able to book the night, plus lift tickets and package including breakfast. It was a great last minute getaway that I would do again.

Service by most individual employees was excellent. Although we had to wait several hours for check-in, front-desk employees made us comfortable and updated us frequently, in the end accommodating us earlier than originally predicted. We did not experience the late-night noise of which others have complained, nor did we permit running or boots to be worn after entering the room. Ski school instructors were terrific, remembering children's names from day to day and progressing them as appropriate. Other family members enjoyed the spa, yoga, and snow-shoe tours. However, the restaurant facilities are inadequate. We frequently had to wait nearly an hour or more at breakfast and dinner to seat our family, an untenable delay for guests at the hotel's own facility.

Lets just start off by saying clearly this is not a Four Seasons Resort. But for Mt. Snow its their equivalent (meaning nicest your going to get there). Ski on Ski off couldnt be any easier. Staff was very friendly helping me with everything from a car to pick us up from the bar down the road to assisting me with a special Valentines Day champagne and chocolate treat for my girlfriend on the bed when we returned from dinner. Everyone from the Front Desk to the restaurant Bar were very friendly and truly seemed to be loving what they are doing. It was my first time visiting and next season i will definitly be back with a larger group to hopefully try out one fo their larger suites.

Stayed for a night with wife and 2 children. Perfect ski on ski off with ski valet right where you enter mountain. Pool and jacuzzi afterward were perfect with great views of mountain at sunset. Rooms were very comfortable with lots of seating, Euro style beds, and conveniences including fully stocked kitchenette, WiFi and IPOD docking station. Dinner at Harrimans was well prepared and service was great, General manager of the resort even spent time helping out waitresses and making sure everyone was enjoying their meals.
Hotel staff was very accomodating, Valet staff for Parking and skis was excellent makes the whole ski experience with young children much more relaxing.
Great

Outstanding value for midweek included a slopeside room, two daily lift tickets, and above average continental breakfast in its daily rate. Clean room with very comfortable Murphy bed and full kitchenette with stove, microwave, & refrigerator. WiFI free. Great slopeside view. Outodoor heated swimming pool, hot tubs, and full spa and health club. All very nice. Upon our initial arrival on Wednesday night, front desk personnel we met were friendly and helpful. When we originally booked the reservation and again upon arrival, we asked for a very quiet room & we were assured it would be very quiet. The first night WAS very quiet. However, the second night, Thursday night, was awfully loud, and exactly as an earlier reviewer (LucyMassachusetts- tripadvisorreview 2/9/11) described, "A circus act in the room above and bedside". The hotel allows visitors to wear ski boots inside the hotel, which is a horrible policy. We heard ski boots above our room as late as 1AM and as early as 6:45AM (slopes open at 9AM). The policy in the hotel literature states that quiet time is enforced after 10 PM - it isn't. To further illustrate this environment, at 10:45PM, the second night of our stay, I opened our room door to a group of children loudly running up and down the halls without adult supervision. Overall, this affected our sleep greatly, especially after a day of skiing.
Obnoxious, inconsiderate peopIe stay everywhere and I have made it a policy not to judge a location based on a few irritating visitors when management enforces their stated policies and decorum is maintained. However, when a hotel is lax about their policies, it poorly reflects on their overall management, and a deluxe hotel becomes as good as a economy hotel.
