I've stayed here several times before but this last stay was the most memorable. After dinner, we enjoyed wine by the fireplace inside and the firepit outside. Cheese and crackers, desserts and breakfast selections were all amazing. Kudos to Michael (the innkeeper during our stay) for all that he did. We will certainly be coming back in the winter to ski!

We stayed one night at this sweet little inn, which is situated on the main road just a couple of miles outside town.
Our large clean room had lovely views over the Mountains. The Inn has a large parlor with a pool table, a wonderful outside deck with a fire pit.
The serve a free continental breakfast or something cooked to order for a small fee.
Would stay there again if we were passing through.

My husband and I stayed at the inn during the month of August. We had gotten married in June and just didn't have enough time together during the summer so we decided to get away for a few days. We were actually the only guest at the inn for a night which was really nice! Glenda, our host, was fabulous. Gave us great dinner recommendations and chatted with us excitedly about our days and what we were up to.

The inn is very quaint and would be an absolutely perfect place to go in the winter!

Nothing to do with the inn but Mt. Snow area is pretty dead during the summer so if you're looking for something with more eats and activities, don't go here!

We had a wonderful weekend at the inn. The rooms are clean comfortable and cozy. Beautiful large deck and fire pit for taking in the breathtaking mountain views. Feels like home away from home! Marty, Gail, and Tara from New Jersey

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for one night. It was our anniversary and we just wanted a quick getaway. This was our pick and we couldn't have been happier. Glenda the innkeeper is a delight. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and adds character to the Inn. I saw some less than favorable reviews and can't understand why. If you want to stay at a luxury resort then don't go to a B&B, but if you want the cozy charm of a traditional NE inn you'll find it here. My husband and I can't wait to return.

My friend and I booked a room here as part of our LivingSocial deal for the Green Mountain Adventure Challenge. The B&B was empty as it was off season so we practically had the place to ourselves. We even had a free room upgrade! The young man that greeted us was very attentive and helpful as we planned our weekend. Glenda was more aloof the first night but we were glad we weren't suffocated the second we arrived.
The main problem we encountered was with the included breakfast part of the deal. When we went down for breakfast the first morning, we had to wait over an hour for the cook to arrive and when he finally came, he served us burnt scrambled eggs and bacon. My friend asked for home fries which never came while we wasted precious hiking time waiting. We had discussed what time we would be heading down for breakfast the night before so I'm not sure why they weren't prepared. The next morning we came down again to find there was no cook so the cleaning lady made us eggs when we snuck into the kitchen to find someone to help us. It was all just a little odd since the packaged deal we bought was supposed to include a full breakfast and we had to ask like we were asking for a free meal.
Overall, the atmosphere was ok and we had a place to sleep. We will never return to this B&B though due to the breakfast issues. Maybe they should just call themselves a lodge and not have to worry about tending to their guests. If you're looking for a nice place to relax and feel at home, this is NOT the place to go. I'd recommend Snow Goose Inn if you are planning a trip to the area.

We had a lakeview room and it was lovely it had Aircon and a small but serviceable bathroom. the common areas are very comfortable and Glenda is a hoot but get there quick she says she is retiring to Vegas! She recommended a fabulous eatery in the next town the Anchor which we loved. I understand that the rooms at the front are a bit blighted by traffic noise, but ours was lovely.

Room Tip: avoid the non lake view rooms if possible.
