“Perfect for a quick stay”
Reviewed 9 April 2013

My husband & I needed a place to stay for one night before heading to Mt. Snow. We read the reviews so were not expecting a luxurious place by any means but found it to be quite cozy. The decor is eclectic & sort of charming. Our room & bathroom were very clean but had a bit of a smoky odor. I thought this was odd until the next morning when I saw the wood burning fireplace in the breakfast area. I thought the breakfast was really nice & more than I was expecting. Toast, waffles, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice etc. Also got to meet the owners during breakfast. They were super friendly & really gracious. If you need a quick place to stay for a few nights then you can't beat the prices at the Vintage Motel.

My boyfriend had been to the Vintage as a kid and made a reservation for us to stay here after a day at Mount Snow. The hosts were incredibly gracious and walked us up to our room, which was definitely unique - the rooms are bright, colorful, and cozy. My boyfriend had twisted his ankle while skiing, and when we asked for some ice it was brought right to our room. The next morning, breakfast was provided - a nice selection of cereal, pastries, and other baked selections. Everyone was so friendly and we felt incredibly welcomed. Needless to say, we'll be back!

Once again, the owners were gracious hosts. The room, breakfast and hospitality are always great at the Vintage Motel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a clean, comfortable room for a great price. Thanks again, Riaz.

The Owners of Vintage Motel treat guests as family. They welcomed us in the middle of the night and helped moved furniture at 2AM to accommodate our party. They brought extra sheets and basically "tucked us in." Such genuine hospitality for a small roadside motel. They have put heart and soul into the property and prepared a great breakfast with plenty of yummy breakfast options. This motel feels more like a B&B and the accommodations are clean and comfortable (and have bit of vintage personality!). It is about 15 minutes from Mt Snow and a quick drive to shops. I recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in Wilmington!

Wonderful place to stay; clean, inexpensive, friendly and fun. Beds were great. Great prices for a good night's sleep.
The owners are lovely. Very funny and helpful checking in.
Breakfast was simple and good. And any place that is pet friendly wins my vote. Stay here!

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We drove up to Vermont through the night and arrived at 3 AM. The couple that runs the motel is fantastic and was willing to wake up at 3 AM to set us up with a room. Their prices are fantastic and you get what you pay for. Our room cost us $80 had a double bed and a pullout sofa and it was all we needed. We spent most of our time skiing and just needed a place to spend the night, this place was great! they have a nice breakfast around a wood burning fireplace that is all set up when you wake up. We were even able to make some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to take to the mountain with us. I happened to forget a computer disk at the hotel and they were more than willing to help me out and have it returned to me. It was an extremely important disk and they were willing to go out of their way to mail it back to me.
The town is just down the route and has some really neat little bars and shops. Mount Snow is the next town over, about a 20 minute drive for skiing and a few other bars and shops.
If you're looking for a place to stay with with big chandeliers, a Consear, and marble countertops, keep driving. If you're looking for a nice place in a great location for an amazing price with one of the nicest couples I have ever met traveling, stay here! They are great and they do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay! I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights over President's Weekend. We could not have had a better experience. The hosts are both so welcoming and available. There is an awesome breakfast every morning with farm fresh hard boiled eggs, a huge cereal selection, fantastic fresh brewed coffee, bananas, oranges, fresh orange juice, english mufffins, bread selection, and eggo waffles. The rooms are very clean and all you could ask for. Each day the rooms are tidied up and cleaned.

Thank you Vintage Motel for a fantastic weekend trip.
