We spent just one night for a wedding, and wished we could have stayed longer !! Our bedroom was fabulous and the amenities were above and beyond ! Love the nice touch such as the Tide stain stick, thick robes and towels. The sheets were oh so dreamy!! Modern yet hints to tradition !! Not boring or stuffy....
We enjoyed the innkeepers telling us the history of the inn, what they have done so far with the renovations (-amazing at that - before & after pics omg) and what they intend to do in the future,
Cook to order breakfast and to die for muffins !! Everything was perfect!! We can't wait to return to our new "little get away" place on he shore.

Your getaway is here and we hope you will come back to see some of those projects we talked about. We are starting some of them this week (literally), and we are like kids in a candy store, filled with so much anticipation and excitement. Can't wait to share them out. We'll have those dreamy sheets and a few more surprises waiting for you!

The Fig Street Inn offered wonderful accommodations and gracious, friendly hosts. The house is charming with clean, well-appointed rooms and well-stocked baths. The breakfasts were delicious! We highly recommend the Fig Street Inn and plan to return!

This was our second stay at Fig Street Inn. Donna and Greg are the most gracious host. The facility is top notch. Greg prepares the best breakfast to start your day with!! They are very knowledgeable of the area. When we return to the Eastern Shore this will be the only place we will consider to stay at.

We're amazed by how many return guests we have and we're happy to have you as a member of "the club". Thank you for writing a second review for us - they really do make a difference in helping potential guests pick the best place to stay. We haven't gotten the date for the golf tournament yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we hear. Hope to see you again this year!

Lovely Inn! Loved the high king bed and the coziness of the room in general. Donna and Greg were warm and friendly and served us a delicious breakfast. Cape Charles was an unexpected delight. We will most definitely be back!

Room Tip: There is no fitness center or pool but don't know how to delete.

We love that bed too - that's our most popular room! Glad you enjoyed your time in our town and at our inn. If you do find yourself in Cape Charles again, there is a gym 4 blocks from the inn that offers daily passes. We're happy to coordinate that for any of our guests.

We were so honored to have you come back to celebrate your marriage with us! This couple got engaged during their last visit to our inn, and said the only place they wanted to spend their honeymoon was at Fig Street Inn in Cape Charles. We are truly humbled. We wish you all the best for many, many years of laughter and joy. You know you are always welcome!

Cozy, comfortable, inviting and informal. My husband and I could not have chosen a better place to celebrate our anniversary. There was no need to request any special items. The owners were very accommodating with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, bottled water and other conveniences readily available. Greg's breakfast hit the spot. We could not have ordered better weather at Cape Charles, an undiscovered jewel of Virginia's eastern shore. Thank you Greg and Donna for your hospitality. We hope to see you soon.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Boston Suite.

My husband had to go to a dr.'s appt in Norfolk and every time we go we make a mini vacation of it since we are coming from Baltimore. We usually stay over in a hotel but this time we wanted to try something different. I had no idea that the eastern shore of Virginia was so incredibly beautiful. We have stayed at other B&B Inns but this one was very unique. The couple that owns and runs it are friendly, warm, welcoming. I was informed by someone else that they themselves gutted this large house and redid it. It is clean, which is extremely important to me. They have special items in the bathroom that other hotels do not have. They have the shampoo and conditioner and lotion but also lip balm. There were chocolates in the room. We have a special diet and the owner went out of her way to acomodate us. If you keep Kosher, I would highly recommend this Inn, the owners are so accomodating!! My husband and I will definitely go there again. I can't wait to go!

Room Tip: Any room is excellent

Fantastically sweet guests. We've had 2 sets of guests in recent months for kosher diets and we were glad to have the opportunities to learn more about it and what we can do to provide for these guests. Was not a problem at all and we are happy to do it.

Thank you for the feedback on our amenities. We like setting ourselves apart from other places to stay with the "little" things. Our lip balm is a huge hit! The biggest compliment we get is how clean our inn is - thank you - and we will see you again!
