“A true historic town gem- gotta love the iconic soda fountain atmosphere”
Reviewed 24 June 2014

A pharmacy/gift/ice cream store with a traditional soda fountain diner. Great breakfast and lunch- but go early- no food after 3pm! The kids loved the juke box. The staff were great- local kids who gave us insight into where to find sea glass.

“Best Breakfast at Best Price”
Reviewed 22 June 2014 via mobile

Service at any restaurant in Cape Charles seems to be hard to find however breakfast here was great. The price was amazing and the food was portioned just right. Try the sweet potato pancakes! Can't find those anywhere else and so tasty.

“A slice of Americana”
Reviewed 24 May 2014

Good simple food, quick service, great Seattle's Best coffee. This is where the locals come to hang out and foreigners and other visitors take it all in. While you're waiting for your order go through some of the prints in the store or buy sunglasses. Then at the counter, get the New York Times.

“Cute, old-style pharmacy, complete with soda fountain”
Reviewed 29 April 2014

I loved this store. It reminded me of ones I've seen in old movies. They sold most everything. The pharmacist was very helpful. The ice cream/soda fountain was delightful.

“Local spot for a quick lunch”
Reviewed 26 March 2014

We were intrigued by the drug store/lunch counter and stopped for lunch on a blustery March day. Although our waitress was cheerful and friendly, the service was extremely slow, and our food was average (grilled cheese, and chicken salad/clam chowder combo).
