We greatly enjoyed the layout of the home as well as the convenient and quiet location. It was a breeze to hit the state park's great beach in the AM and do other things in Cape Charles and Norfolk at other times.
The owner was responsive to any question or request. A squeaky heat pump was fixed quickly.
The "stuff to know about I the area" was nice but some material was out of date (in fairness keeping up on places to eat is hard).
Our kids want to go back due to their good time there.
