Stayed for the weekend it was great. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. Would be definitely recommend !!!

Our annual collectors meeting and picnic chose Wingate by Wyndham for our 2014 event. The hotel was wonderful. The staff was the most pleasant group of people we have had in our seven years of summer meetings. Everyone was helpful, friendly, courteous. The meeting room we used both on Friday and Saturday was great and the staff set it up to meet our needs perfectly. The shuttle the hotel offers was so helpful. We could use it to get to and from the Udvar-Hazy Museum and the DC Big Flea. The location is so accessible to restaurants and the airport as well. In the future we will look for Wyndham hotels wherever we have our summer meeting and hope they are just as accommodating. Thanks for a great time!

Arrived on Monday, July 28th. They had been working on the water since 10am and it was shut off til a little after 4p. This wasn't a problem for us since we had just arrived but I can't imagine how it would have been for guests there all day. Got to the room, carpet had soiled spots and rubbed off areas. I know they are upgrading so again not a problem. But blood on the pillowcase and a filthy comforter was a problem. Housekeeping apologized profusely and changed it out so all was good after that. Wifi wouldn't work. Had to call tech support. Finally got it to work on the laptop but not on the phones, which sucked since it ate up a lot of our data.
Breakfast was all good selection but eggs were rubbery and not good at all. Not bad for free tho. Pool area was decent. Staff was very courteous and friendly.
Wifi finally started working the night before we left (go figure). Stayed here for 5 nights. Parking was never an issue. Would stay here again due to the price being unbeatable with the others in the area. Never heard any air traffic

We stayed at the Wingate as part of a group staying there. We were checked in quickly and efficiently. All the staff were happy, smiling, and willing to do anything to make our stay better. My only complaint is the hours the pool is open. I had some free time in the afternoon after a long trip to the Air & Space museum and needed a swim to work the kinks out only to find out the pool didn't open until 6PM.
The breakfast was bland and could use some input from a trained chef. But I am hopeful that the new owners will work on this.

Thank you for reviewing our hotel on tripadvisor.com. As I have stated many times before and will continue to state guest feedback is invaluable to our success. We are required by the county to have a lifeguard on duty when the pool is open. We will certainly review our current operating hours to see what changes we may make to enhance our guest experience. We will certainly review our breakfast for enhancements as well. We do hope you will choose to stay with us in the event your travels bring you back to Chantilly, VA.
