We went on a Friday evening and there weren't many cars in the parking lot, which wasn't a good sign. We got seated quickly and went for the hibachi part of the buffet and found that the hostess was also the cook so we had to wait for her. First hibachi buffet I've been to with no hibachi sauce so the hibachi was flavored with either ginger, hot, teriyaki, or Mongolian which just didn't taste right to our palates. None of the trays had much food in them which also told me this place didn't get very busy. The General Tso!s was a bright red (I expected orange-red) and swimming in its sauce. It was okay but not worth more if a taste than the few pieces I took. I also tried Italian Shrimp and crab Rangoon. Again just okay. The pepper chicken was very good. For dessert we tried the little cakes and pecan pie. Yes, pecan pie! It was probably store bought but it was pretty good and nice and moist. One if the cakes was decorated to look like carrot cake so I was surprised when it was a spicy ginger cake. Service was fine.
