“Good pizza, varied menu”
Reviewed 17 April 2014

We tried this place because we had a buy one get one free coupon. We split an excellent spinach salad - and when we told them we wanted to split it they split it for us in the kitchen - nice! Both of us enjoyed our pizza - though the crust was not our favorite, it was still good. They had several beers on special for just $3. All in all, a decent meal at a good price. Not a date night spot for us, but a great stop and grab a pizza spot. We'll be back.

“Very accommodating and excellent pizza”
Reviewed 11 March 2014

We had just arrived in Charlottesville in the early evening and knew nothing about the area where we were staying. We went for a drive and came upon Brixx.

Looking for something no too heavy, we ordered a glass of white wine, a salad, and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza (just one of each). Our waiter and the kitchen could not have been more accommodating. They split the wine and the salad into two servings, and the pizza was just enough for two.

Friendly service and excellent food and wine.

“Good spot for lunch”
Reviewed 23 February 2014

Finally made it in here. With some nice winter weather, we ate outside. Service was good. They have a selection of pizzas for ever taste. Pizzas are 10", which is 6 slices. With salads, this was enough for two of us. I think their prices are reasonable. Pizza and salad were both good. They have a good selection of local beers. I will definitely come back for lunch and a drink on the patio when the weather gets better again.

“Very good Pizza”
Reviewed 28 January 2014

We ate there with 5 others. All got pizza except one who got a South West Chicken salad. The pizzas were very good and the small pizzas are plenty for one person. The South West Chicken salad was HEAVILY over spiced. All of us tasted it and agreed it was way too hot. Apparently the chef got carried away. No one would eat it and it was left untouched. It was very busy but the service was good considering and the waiter was accommodating.

“Not just pepperoni”
Reviewed 22 January 2014

We took our UVA nephew out for a quick bite. Brixx is not far from campus and offers a nice selection of pizza from it's wood fired oven. We had a chicken alfredo and an artichoke pizza. A bit noisy and not fancy. It is just across from Ben and Jerry's. Perfect for a student visit.
