My family and I have been vacationing on Chincoteague Island for at least 25 years. A trip to Muller's for ice cream has become an evening ritual. We just returned from a week on the Island and made a trip every day, some days two trips for ice cream. We have watched the owners' two boys grow up (one is now 37, and the other is 34). We always have a good time talking to them about the goings-ons since we saw them last summer. The house used to be a funeral parlor and there are stories that it is haunted. Nonetheless, I have to get my ice cream fix every time I visit the Island.
