Mom and I stopped here for a nice breakfast before I headed home from vacation. It was very busy and I could see why - the food was very yummy! I had the chocolate stuffed French toast with a side of scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Mom had the crab eggs benedict and both dishes were great! You could tell it was a "mom and pop" place. It did not receive a five rating just because a couple of the staff members were a little frantic (because of the "busy-ness") and let their positive service slip a couple times.

Mr. Paul's Kitchen is located right off of Maddox Blvd on Chicken City rd. They have a fairly good amount of parking and are open for breakfast and lunch. We ate here several times during our trip for breakfast and lunch. The hostess and waitresses were all very friendly and extremely sweet to our toddler. They have very good coffee! The food portions are huge ( pancakes and biscuits are gigantic!) The only menu item we didn't enjoy was a Breakfast Panini as it turns out that they just meant that the sandwich was served on Panini style bread and it wasn't actually a grilled sandwich. Otherwise everything was very good!

The food is awesome and the hand cut fries -- YUM! A definite must for breakfast or lunch. The owner was extremely nice and even had special gifts for the kids!

While there are several places to go to for breakfast on Chincoteague Island, nothing compares to Mr. Paul's Kitchen if you want the best in food quality, friendly fast service, and low prices! That is what brought us back almost every morning!!! How we wish that we were 10.5 hours closer so we could return more often!!! We will be back when we are there to vacation again!!!!

We were seated after 30 mins of waiting. Then we waited and hour and a half just to be waited on. When we finally got a waitress and ordered it took and hour for our food to get here. The food was decent but they screwed up our orders, and the portions were TINY. If you decide to go, don't go with a group, go early and expect to leave hungry. MR PAUL KITCHEN STAFF: YOU NEED MORE STAFF, LARGER PORTIONS AND DONT BE SO RUDE TO GUESTS! EVER HEARD THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!
