I've been finding myself stopping off at this place amid my up-north, down-south excursions for probably 15 years. This place, though the most spartan of all spartan places, literally little more than a box with a bed and a shower, seems to actually be getting better with age like a fine chablis. And cheaper, to boot!
The only gripe I ever had was the fact that one time the owners accused us of keeping the then-current incarnation of K-9 Musclechest in the room, when in fact we were not. But I believe that was at least one, if not two, owners ago. In this corner of the world, you can't beat this place with a stick. I've tried, and failed.
