I travel a lot for work and make it a point to try a thai place in every city I visit. When it comes to thai food, my favorite dish is Basil Chicken (Pad Ka Prow). For the record, Tara Thai calls it KaPow. The dish is comprised of chicken (ground or sliced) in a brown broth with basil leaves and chopped peppers (hot and sweet) served with white rice. In most Thai restaurants, the sauce is thin and the flavor is weak. At Tara Thai, is was just right, and full of flavor. The service was great. I also tried the Larb Gai which was surprisingly good. When it come to Basil Chicken, this was the best I've ever had.
