My husband lived in Falls Church many years ago and when we were recently in the area he suggested we stop here. The inside looks worn and a lot of the celebrities painted on the walls or in photographs are from earlier generations. A little unnerving are the bathrooms with mirrors on all the walls, but maybe that's just me. Our server was friendly and attentive but definitely not hovering. The club sub was big, stuffed with turkey and perfectly cooked bacon. The bread wasn't thick but so fresh that it still had a little crispness on the outside and was tender on the inside. The chopped salad was so big that I took half of it home. It was very fresh and even had a little scoop of guacamole in it. The homemade balsamic dressing was just ok. It had more herbs than anything else and just kind of landed on top of the lettuce. I would return to this place to try another sub, maybe the cheesestake or meatball. They are also known for their reubens and seeing them on other patrons plates made me definitely want to try one.
