In July 2013 we spend 3 weeks in the northern part of Spain and we have to say, that this was with no doubt the best dinner we had during the whole trip. Thanks to Trip Advisor we found this Restaurant - and now that we know it, we would drive many miles, to have dinner there again. We have been to many good restaurants all over the world (we love good food) and Regueiro is now one of our favorite ones. Diego Fernandez knows the art of exquisite and at the same pure/honest cooking. Anali (his very lovely wife) is a great host, explains all the dishes and ingredients with patience (our Spanish is very bad). Since we couldn't decide from all the proposed dishes (they all sounded delicious), we left the decision up to Diego and we didn't regret this one minute - every dish was excellent! The products he used were top quality, super fresh and the way he treated, combined and arragend them, was just incredible. The taste of each ingredient was pure and perfectly harmonised and completed with the others. Thank you very much to Diego and Anali for this unforgetable culinary experience in a tasteful atmosphere - hope we can come back one day!
