“Large portions..but pricey”
Reviewed 23 March 2014 via mobile

Stopped by on Sunday morning. There was a short wait at 10 am so we decided to sit at bar. Great service by the bartender..wished I caught his name. Great fresh orange juice. Got breakfast burrito. The sauce to dip was good but I missed not having salsa. Husband got western omelette. The potatoes are great but had to ask twice for ketchup. Two breakfasts, a coffee and juice was $33 . Pretty pricey. By the time we left huge crowd waiting and the bar was packed.

“Eggspecially good”
Reviewed 7 March 2014

This is one of the better restaurants in the Gainesville/Haymarket area in my opinion. I took my family there when they were visiting for the holidays and everyone enjoyed their food. Don't think that this restaurant is only for breakfast, they have a decent dinner menu too, which includes everything from salads to burgers to savory crepes. I also enjoy the breakfast, you can get eggs in many different combinations, and the pancakes and French toast are delicious too. The atmosphere is more upscale than a diner, and the decor is interesting and eclectic. Overall, I would recommend is restaurant for breakfast or dinner. A suggestion if you're concerned about price, they often have deals on Group on and Double take deals.

“EGGS”

If you like eggs, you will love this place. Had poached eggs with lobster. The food is great, interesting menu, good service. A little pricey but worth it.

“Too expensive, especially with kids”
Reviewed 21 July 2013

We used to be fans of this restaurant, but the prices are just not worth it, even if you get a Groupon or try to do half price appetizers or kids eat free, they no longer let you combine any of these so it's just too much to pay $14 for eggs. Groupon should be a method of payment and kids eat free brings families in on slow Monday nights, unfortunately they've made it so it's cost prohibitive for most families to eat here at all. We won't be back.
