Very nice place to eat on a sunny, cool day. The hotdogs were delicious, as was the cheeseburger. There isa good variety of hotdogs and sausages to choose from, as well as some seafood items. The staff were friendly and the food came fast. I will be back !

Great location , casual dining at its best with picnic tables overlooking Sunset Creek. When they opened they were pretty much a HotDog joint, but they have definitely expanded their menu but Dogs are still the star of the show. Nice for a family lunch or casual dinner and a Beer.

We discovered The Barking Dog last summer and haven't stopped visiting since. This place is such a hidden gem. They have a small area next to the water, which is the perfect setting to kick back and relax with a brew and a dog! We have tried many of their hot dogs and sausages, and all have been delicious. They always have a specials menu in addition to their regular menu, which includes selections such as tacos and sandwiches, for those who maybe don't enjoy hot dogs or sausage, or are in the mood for something lighter. I've had the insalada caprese and it was just as satisfying as everything else. I love that no matter what you get, from their potato salad to their toppings, you are getting something fresh. You can really taste it! They have a surprisingly large beer selection, and even unique wines to choose from. All of the servers are always friendly and no matter how busy they are, the service is quick. There's nothing to dislike about this fantastic little spot!

The first time I stopped in here I had to turn around twice to find it. It is a super small establishment right on the water. For such a small place they have a great selection of macro and mirco brews available. I've tried a few of the hot dogs and sausages that they have to offer and they are all very good. The service has always been great as well. They are great even when you have an extremely energetic four year old excited about the hand painted rocks that are on each table (seriously, they are painted with old school cartoon characters). It's a great place to stop if you are looking for a laid back place to enjoy a hot dog and a beer.

This is a fun lunch stop next to the water. Prices were reasonable -- good daily specials. Our waitress was very helpful. Fast service and fast food.
