There is a section with antiques and various items from estate sales or collections, which is fun to walk through even if you're not buying, similar to many such flea market or antique emporiums. The real treat here is the food stores. One is all jellies and jams, with some being placed in jars in the back room behind the cash register. There is a very wide variety of fruits, including plums and a special Christmas jam with cranberries. They also had jars of fruit prepared for pies that just need to be poured into a crust. I was amazed at the store with bulk food. It had every kind of flour imaginable, as well as other grains. There were also many products for baking, including mixes for cakes and cookies, toppings and flavorings. There is a military store (t-shirts and hats), a toy store, western apparel, artworks, a kitchen store, a quilt store and a fabric store. Quite a collection.

Shenadoah Heritage Market is an oasis of shops ranging from fabric stores, home goods, candy, jams and jellies to name a few. One of the highlights is a indoor market of all kinds of bulk items, cheese, spices, candies etc. There is also a restaurant that has a buffet at lunch and also you can order ale carte. It is a good place to go spend a rainy or sunshine day and just browse and try out some of the jellies at the homemade jelly shop or sample the cheeses at the market.

This is a nicely presented small complex of local shops selling a variety of items from saddles to one store that specialized in Confederate materials-books, flags, stickers, etc. Granny's Pantry was an excellent place for a variety of foods, many where they had tasting samples. There is a restuarant in the market which is a few miles south of Harrisonburg on Route 11. Free parking in their lot.

Bought a new leather cowboy hat here in the Western wear store. All kinds of shops selling clothes Western Wear, army surplus, arts and crafts, bulk food stuffs, a grill and ice cream stand, astore specialized in home canned goods, etc. In the middle are some "husband chairs" and a display of some old Honda & triumph vintage motorcycles. Worth a couple of hours of selecting from distinctly different merchandise.

Large but not overwhelmingly huge. There is a neat kitchen shop with really unique products (so much nicer than the typical strip-mall kitchen stores.). The bulk foods store has all kinds of candies, nuts, snacks, flour, honey, syrup, cereals, teas, baking items, handcrafted items, etc. The canned goods store is full of row after row of canned jellies and jams, plus pickles in varieties that I would never have imagined ...We enjoyed looking and reading labels in this store for nearly an hour. There is a deli, bakery, ice cream, over 40 antiques dealers, crafts, quilts, furniture... We have visited here for 3 years now and there and it is always nice to revisit our favorite shops but there's always something new, too.
