Quality Inn at Fort Lee

I was forced to stay at this motel due to the Militry Contract agreement with Fort Lee. Our entire military class stayed at this motel (30+ students). Upon first inspection I was not pleased with the room accomodations, motel grounds or laundry facilities. After a few days of staying there and having to request for cleaning services that were substandard at best, This motel's only saving grace was one motel staff member Brent English. He always had a smile on his face and he was avaiable to assist with whatever needs we had. Because of our class size there were times that we met for meetings or potlucks. This gave us a chance to communicate, network, practice course work and this improved the overall motel experence.

I just wanted to thank Brent English for the great customer service he provides. He was very helpful and always in a great mood. Everytime I went to the front desk to pick up my mail he was very curtious and he made sure I did not have to wait very long. I also felt very safe because he would always do security checks around the hotel building. The accomidations were not so great though. The breakfast wasn't the best they tried to serve molded bread one morning and when I first stayed in the hotel i had blood on my sheets. There is mold in most of the rooms and spiders. My dresser was broken and the TV was made back in 1990.

I have really enjoyed my time at this hotel, not because of the low quality of the cleaning service, or the lack effort put into "complimentary" breakfast. Brent has made my stay away from home very comfortable. If I was not in school I would of never stayed in this hotel. On my own I would of pulled up, seen the terrible coditions and left, but Brent has made this horrible experince well worth it and the light skin girl with the glasses. Brent and the employees customer service (exept Oscar) has made up dividends in what this hotel is lacking.

I would like to take the time out to thank Mr. Brent English for his excellent customer support this weekend. My classmates and I were greatly appreciative of his assistance. He is a very professional employee whom handles all customer needs in a timely manner.

I want to say thanks to Mr. Brent for his outstanding hospitality he showed to my class and I. The US Army really appreciate individuals like him. My name is SSG Wright and I am a 92A in the United States Army and this young man allowed us to have just a gathering down in the lobby because of the rooms being too small for all of us to fit and socialize. There are such rules that only 2 personnels can be in a room at a time so this seem to be the only option/route to take. Thank you Mr. English, like I stated earlier WE apprciated your kind gesture. I really hope that your superiors does not come down too harsh because of this, and if this is too much of a problem for them we can recommend the ARMY choose a new hotel to accomdate us TROOPS!!! (Brent was the only good thing for this hotel, the ARMY needs to HOUSE their TROOPS Better than what the are doing... Hell we faught to live in better hotels than this!!!!)

Mr. English provided us with excellent customer service. ha always greets with a smile and went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. He also was a gererous host i would highly reccomend him and his service
